I m having the same feeling since long time i do understand this.. for no reasons you can feel sad you can cry and wonder why i m crying ... it a really annoying :(
YOU ARE PROBABLY JUST HUNGRY. NOTHING BETTER THAN ATTACKING THE FRIDGE WHEN ONE IS FEELING LOW. OR..... YOU COULD JUST HAVE SEX THAT ALWAYS WORKS FOR ME.
